The Wills Jacket always has been and always will be a beast. Throughout the years it’s gone through some refinements but none as combed through as our new V2… Like putting that final brush stroke on a long worked on painting, we believe we have arrived at what this jacket always wanted to be. The mid-weight and sturdy lining separates your body from the heavy waxed twill. The beefy double zipper lets you open up the waist if you’re sitting on the bike or on a log around the fire. The same tried and true 24oz waxed twill will shield you from the elements and hold up for years and years to come… all the while developing a patina that shows the life you live in your waxed cotton body armor. We hope you love the new details as much as we do. We have also taken careful steps to reevaluate and change up the ordering process, so that hopefully it is easier to get your hands on one.

An important note on shading: Fabric production has its variances and the industry term for this is shading. From batch to batch, even roll to roll, there will be slight variances in the color of this fabric. Add wax batches into the equation for another factor in the final color of this particular fabric. We've included photos of jackets in different lighting and a photo of jackets made from different batches of the same fabric to help illustrate the range of colors your jacket could wind up being. All in all, coupled with the amazing wear patterns inherent with waxed fabrics, this will be part of the uniqueness of your Wills jacket.

• Made in USA

• Body is a 18oz (24oz post wax) cotton twill in tan

• Lining is a 9oz cotton 'herringbone' weave throughout body and sleeves

• Featuring new cream / brown tags throughout

• Brass / brown two-way zipper

• Solid cymbal spun brass snaps, finished in house

• Two chest pockets

• Two angle-entry lower pockets

• Inside welt pocket on the wearers left side, at chest level

• Back pleats to aide in movement

• When your jacket starts production: you will receive an email directing you to complete your final payment invoice (including shipping options and any custom fees). Your jacket will only ship once the final payment invoice has been completed. Per our shop policy, you have 30 days to pay your final payment invoice, otherwise you may forfeit your jacket and your deposit.

Sizing

All measurements are in inches and taken when the garment is laying flat, unless specified otherwise. Our measurements provided are best utilized when compared to a favorite fitting item of your own. Please refer to our measurement guide for where / how to measure your garment(s).
