Shipping policy

• In stock items may take 1 - 3 business days for processing before they are ready to be shipped or picked up. Made to order items will have a production time, which will be specified in their product overview tab.

• For pick up orders, you will receive an email letting you know when your item(s) are ready! Please pick up your item within 14 days of its confirmation. If you fail to do so, you will forfeit your item(s) and receive store credit in exchange. 

• Once an item ships, it's out of our care and in the hands of the shipping carrier. We only have access to the same information and tracking updates that you receive. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen goods. Any disputes need to be taken up with the shipping carrier by the customer; if you need assistance or more information for a claim, we are happy to help.

• We ship both domestically and internationally!

Domestic: shipping can be sent USPS or UPS (select at checkout). This comes with a tracking #, some shipping options have insurance. Ship time will vary by service selected. If you would like a signature upon delivery, please let us know and we can request it.

International: shipping will be sent UPS, DHL or USPS. This will come with a tracking #, some shipping options have insurance. Ship time will vary by service selected. The customer is responsible for any customs fees, and we do not alter the value of items to lower such costs. Customs policies per country and shipping rate calculators are available online - please let us know if you would like assistance determining these prior.

• We will no longer be holding items for combined shipping with future orders. All items / orders will be processed and shipped at the time of their purchase.

• For returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. 

• For damages or quality issues, shipping costs are negotiable and may result in Ship John covering the cost both ways. Please reach out to our customer service department to make arrangements.
