The amount of sneakers made in this country, previously plentiful, has been whittled down to the bare minimum.. Special editions from a few big companies and some very nice specialty running shoes here and there... This until one little shop down in Asheville, NC decided to revive the idea that daily, classic, well-made sneakers can be born here stateside.
Justin, the brains behind Opie Way, and I hopped on the phone one day and dreamed up a pair we could offer through Ship John... Based on a pattern of his with classic materials you've come to expect from our shop. the result was a unique blend of both of our styles and they're spectacular.
The uppers are 100% cut, sewn and assembled in NC of USA waxed canvas and leather from Horween. The Margom soles, these from Italy, are time tested with the highest quality rubber... They're stitched around and can be resoled should you wear em out.
These sneaks are sure to become a staple of your wardrobe when you're not donning your Wesco's. We're honored to offer these to ya and we hope you love them as much as we do.

Sizing
• Available in full sizes from 7-14
A sizing note from Justin: Our sizing is generally true to (sneaker) size. We recommend sizing down if in between from 7.5-9.5 (if you’re typically a size 8.5 - size down to our 8). Sizing up if in between from 10.5-13.5 (if you’re typically a size 12.5 - size up to our 13).
