Return / Exchange Policy
•Effective 1/1/26, returns are eligible for shop credit ONLY. Due to an overwhelming increase in exchange requests and rising postage costs, it’s no longer sustainable for us to cover return shipping costs or hold items for exchange. You will have to use shop credit to place another order in lieu of exchange. This applies to our international customers as well.
• Customers must contact us about a return within 7 days of them receiving the order. If you are outside of this window, we cannot accept your return.
• The items for return need to be mailed within 7 days of return confirmation email to remain eligible for credit. You also must receive an email from us confirming the return prior to sending us back any items!
• Items must be unused/unworn (aside from try on) and in sellable condition. This includes any scents, colognes, deodorants, etc that may come in contact with an item. Please be mindful of this when you are trying on an item. Items are subject to our discretion and may be denied as a return if they fail to meet standards, in which case they will be sent back to the customer.
• We provide measurement charts for nearly every product in our shop. We urge you, please review carefully when placing your order. We recommend taking your own measurements (from a favorite garment/item) to use for comparison. Please see our Measuring Guide under our FAQs page. We are always happy to answer any questions before purchase or give a second opinion on the matter!
