After years of making our own aprons around the shop, we finalized a design to offer up to the world. Piecing together all the best details from our personal testing, these aprons have an adjustable leather slider to size them perfectly between your shoulders, as well as completely removable leather straps so you can clean the apron. Ample sized pockets on the lower portion, and a chest pocket with a few dividers for pens n' bits n' bobs. Made from sturdy waxed canvas in either 100% cotton or Cotton/Cordura for durability with solid brass grommets and natural veg tan leather that will break in and patina over time.
12oz Waxed Cotton/Cordura: Cordura is known for it's strength... while I'm not personally a fan of cordura on it's own, the fact that it's woven together with cotton (15% Cordura/85%cotton) gives it more of a natural feel while maintaining a lot of the strength Cordura is known for. This option will be a little stiffer over all than the 100% cotton version but will certainly break in nicely. This version would be good for more abrasive uses.. Metal shops, Wood shops, Etc. but would work anywhere.
10.10oz Waxed Cotton: This is the classic waxed cotton you know and love. Water resistant and a little more pliable than the cordura version. If your use sees more movement and less abrasion, This would be a good option.. cooking, wood work, general tinkering.
